Ela só não conhecia muito bem a família dele. E eu não conhecia ninguém da família. Só sabia que ele tinha um filho de 19 anos, porém não tinha tido a oportunidade de conhecê lo ainda.
Meu padrasto marcou um almoço em família no domingo daquela semana em que nos mudamos, para nos apresentar a família.
Eu detesto esse negócio de família, de ter de socializar com as pessoas e fazer sorrisinho pra todo mundo. Eu estava com uma vergonha danada, meu rosto estava pegando fogo, eu devia estar vermelha feito um pimentão. Cheguei a ouvir minha pulsação na minha cabeça. Então me virei para cumprimentar o que estava atrás de mim esperando, e me deparei com um gato! Ele me abraçou e me disse: “seja bem vinda à família Ana!” Eu agradeci e continuei abraçando o pessoal, umas 20 pessoas pra abraçar, que tédio! Eu já não estava prestando atenção em ninguém, só estava pensando em quem era aquele gatinho, “será que ele é namorado de uma das primas? mas se ele falou bem vinda à família ele deveria ser da família”… sentei ao lado de minha mãe e perguntei a ela quem era aquele menino, e ela disse: “ah, o Pedro?! Ele é o filho do Sergio (Sergio era meu padrasto)”. Fiquei boquiaberta, mas não deixei transparecer nada. Só desisti daquela ideia de voltar para o quarto. Fiquei lá sentadinha perto de minha mãe, só que ela saía toda hora conversar com as pessoas e eu fiquei excluída no canto, tomando refrigerante. Olhava o Pedro conversar com todo mundo, rir, fazer brincadeiras com os tios, jogar sinuca, ele era muito sorridente. Eu estava me sentindo um peixe fora d´água, mas não queria ir pro quarto. Então peguei meu celular e comecei a jogar o jogo da cobrinha, pra passar o tempo. Estava com minha cobrinha bem grande quando eu perdi, e do meu lado alguém disse: “Ah, eu estava torcendo pra você ganhar!” E eu olhei, era Pedro! Estava do meu lado, e eu não havia percebido! “Está aqui há quanto tempo?” Perguntei a ele.. e ele respondeu: “o suficiente para ver que você manda bem!”. Eu ri, e ele disse que não gostava muito de mexer em celular, que não tinha paciência para essas coisas e tal… então minha mãe chamou a gente para almoçar. Fomos comer e depois ele ficou com os tios jogando baralho. Fiquei com as mulheres lavando a louça e ouvindo a conversa delas… Volta e meia eu olhava pra ele, tão bonito, tão descolado. A tarde passou e o pessoal foi indo embora aos poucos. Ele recebeu uma ligação e então nos disse tchau e partiu também. Vendo ele ir embora, fui para meu quarto e entrei no MSN conversar com minhas amigas. Contei que o filho do meu padrasto era um gatinho e elas ficaram loucas para ver foto, ate procurei ele no Orkut (aquela época era Orkut) mas não o encontrei… Então fiquei na curiosidade de saber mais sobre ele, só que não podia perguntar muitas coisas para minha mãe nem para meu padrasto, corria o risco de eles perceberem meu interesse, e se isso acontecesse minha mãe me mataria.

Continuamos conversando pelo resto do dia, e ele falou que a noite não tinha aula na faculdade e então iria jantar lá em casa. Me arrumo toda, fiz chapinha, passei maquiagem, perfume… minha mãe perguntou se eu iria para alguma festa. Ele chegou e o jantar estava quase pronto. Nossos pais foram para a cozinha e nos deixaram sozinhos na sala, pois perceberam que estávamos brincando… Quando eles saíram, ele abaixou o celular e disse: “você não acha que vim aqui pra jogar Shake, acha?” Fui pega de surpresa, meu rosto pegou fogo novamente, eu não acreditava no que ele estava falando. Ele também ficou interessado em mim! Então, tentando me recompor, se é que era possível, eu falei: “veio fazer o que então?” E ele: “vim pra te ver!”. E me olhou fixamente, estávamos sentidos bem pertinho, e ele me deu um selinho. Meu Deus! Eu disse pra ele não fazer aquilo porque se minha mãe visse ela me mataria! E ele disse que isso era o mais interessante, o mais legal da situação, ser proibido! Nossos pais voltaram nos chamando para jantar, então fomos e nos sentamos um do lado do outro, e conversávamos normalmente, como se nada tivesse acontecido. Depois do jantar eu perguntei se ele queria subir no meu quarto para eu mostrar os jogos no meu computador, e ele disse que queria e que queria aprender a mexer no Orkut. Olhei pra minha mãe e ela não estava fazendo cara de brava, então fiquei mais tranquila. Fomos para o meu quarto e eu fechei a porta. Eu estava com a mão no trinco ainda quando ele veio por trás e me abraçou beijando meu pescoço. Cheirou meu cabelo, passou a mão na minha barriguinha… Eu me virei e nos beijamos.
